This one was spray painted red looks like $h1T but will ride just fine and did come off a rideable bike.it is straight.. already parted rest of this bike. It came off a very nice late 80s or early 90s cannondale road frame which was pretty small. As you can see the steer tube .
Headset is not complete but you can have that also..
