International delivery price is set at checkout. When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed Monday to Friday are generally despatched the same day. Occasionally it will be the next working day.
Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.
Most First Class Post arrives 1-3 days after despatch, although occasionally orders can take 5 working days to arrive.
At peak trading times these times may vary. Do we deliver outside the UK?

International order delivery times will vary and may also be held at customs for inspection. Returns How do I cancel an order?
If you order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your card immediately.
If your order has already been despatched but has not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

How do I return a product?
Enemite has a no-nonsense returns policy.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 days.
On Enemite, you can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 28 days for alternative items.
Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense. Alternatively, you may arrange for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 28 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.
Defective Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, pleasecontact us and return to the address below.
You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.
