Perfect for L' Erocia!Designed for Quill Style Pedals. These are what the very cool guys rode in the day. When I was riding nailed on cleats exclusively the famous cycling coach Eddy B. recommended everyone find and install very deep slotted cleats. Not only does this prevent accidental release during sprinting and climbing but it allowed the toestrap to be slacker during normal efforts allowing for a great deal of comfort and much better foot circulation which helped reduce the dreaded "Hot Foot." 
Most cleats from Specialtoes TA were about 4 mm deep.  These are a full
throated 6 MM DEEP!  A 33% increase. That's quite a bit! Nail on, screw on, bolt on for favorite classic cycling shoes or even wingtips or boots. Increase efficiency without funny looking and expensive clipless pedals.
