Raleigh "RSW16" (commonly refereed to as 'Really Small Wheels") 3 speed bike. All original equipment- white 16 x 2 inch tires, fenders, rear rack, bell, and 3 speed shifter/hub. Both stem and seatpost have 90 deg. levers, turn to loosen, adjust stem and seatpost up or down, then turn to tighten. It rides, brakes, and shifts. Wheels turn smooth, no missing or bent spokes, tubes hold air. Chain freshly greased and has no kinked links.
