The Yardgames Team Payment Yardgames offers several payments options via the Ebay Managed Payments System.
All payments are made direct to Ebay via their secure payment servers.  Options include Paypal, Credit Card and Afterpay.
Once Ebay confirm with us payment has arrived with them goods are shipped.
Shipping We use a variety of shipping solutions in order to give the consumer the best possible choice. **The company shall ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days of orders being paid and completed but during Xmas and Easter Trading Periods there may be delays.
In the rare situations involving very large items and stock cannot be dispatched within 2 business days we will call or email the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners. Unless specified at checkout our preferred domestic shipping providers are AAE

For international shipments we use Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au). Freight is via regular international freight and is not tracked. To find out expected delivery times please click here

You can select to collect your order when going through the checkout process
Place your order online; once you have entered your name and address details choose the collection method from the Shipping Options box then finish the checkout process by paying for your order. Orders are packed the day after payment has been received and will be available for collection generally after midday from our Brookvale, Sydney warehouse.
Obtaining a Freight Estimate
For very large items where no nationwide freight rate is shown please contact us with your delivery postcode for a freight quote.
Authority to Leave
You are welcome to provide us with instructions to pass on to the freight companies we use, giving them authority to leave your delivery in a specific/safe location. Please do this by way of instructions in the Comments box when checking out.
In the case of high value orders/products we do not normally suggest giving authority to leave. If you would like us to do this we will carry out your wishes, however we will NOT accept responsibility for the safe delivery of your item if it is left on premises without a person there to receive the item.
